Our pasture-raised, organic-fed Ground Chicken is a lean, flavorful protein that actually tastes like chicken. We blend dark and white meat so it stays juicy and works great in tacos, meatballs, stir-fries, burgers, or a big pot of chicken chili.

These birds are raised on open pasture with plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and a corn-free, soy-free, and seed-oil-free organic diet. The result is chicken that’s healthier and has real, old-fashioned flavor.

You can keep it simple with just salt, garlic, and herbs for quick skillet meals, or use it in your favorite sauces and recipes as a lighter option instead of beef or pork. It cooks fast and fits into just about anything... lettuce wraps, casseroles, grain bowls, or breakfast hash.

We raise these chickens to the highest standards: clean drinking water, fresh feed, and shelter at night for protection. They’re given more than 20 times the space per bird required by the USDA organic standard.
