These turkeys were raised under the highest standard of care: provided with the cleanest drinking water, the freshest feed, and sheltered at night to prevent predation. They were provided with ample space more than 20 times the space standard per bird established by the USDA for Organic certification. 

However you decide to prepare these turkey tenders, be sure to not overcook them! We routinely cook ours to 154 degrees which prevents the meat from drying out, but is also safe for consumption.
